Methodology
Reliable numbers, even when answers vary.
Each question is asked several times, on seven AIs, without a user account. Metrics are precisely defined, and so are their limits.
What is the difference between a mention and a citation?
A mention is your brand name in the text of the answer. A citation is a URL from your site in the answer's sources. The two are independent: you can be mentioned without being cited, and cited without being mentioned.
Why can my results differ from what I see in ChatGPT?
Vizioa queries the engines through their APIs. A logged-in user gets an answer shaped by memory, history, preferences and location. Vizioa's numbers are therefore directional: they are meant to be compared over time, not read as absolute values.
Is Vizioa suitable for agencies?
